KSPEAK is a participant of the Nationwide Encoder Relay Program (NERP). NERP is a hobbyist program run by EvanVS. for EAS equipment operators to receive alerts throughout the United States via IP stream hosting & monitoring. IP radio is monitored by a participant for EAS broadcasts, and then is broadcasted again over the participant's IP stream, and the chain continues through the system.
